  • b. Preferably Master of Business Administration (MBA) with atleast 5 years of experience or Graduates with atleast 10 years of experience.
  • c. On field work experience in the packaged rice industry of atleast 3 years is a must.

Farm Managers
Positions - 02
  • a. Professionals with high energy and leadership qualities.
  • b. Graduate [B.Sc (Agriculture) or equivalent ] or higher – having 8 to 15 years of on-field work experience with atleast 5 years in rice cultivation.
  • c. Responsible for managing agricultural farms effectively, achieving crop plans and leading teams.
  • d. Ensure achievement of mutually discussed yield of crop.

Positions - 02
  • a. Graduate (in any domain) or higher – having more than 5 years of on-field experience (3 years or more in paddy farming).
  • b. Responsible for supervising daily activities and recording as well as maintaining data for various land activities.
  • c. Ensure coordination with various departments and timely reporting to senior management.

Positions - 01
  • a. Graduate [B.Sc (Agriculture) or equivalent] or higher – having 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of intense rice cultivation experience is necessary.
  • b. Responsible for developing better planting, cultivation and harvesting techniques in order to continually improve crop yield.
  • c. Ensure adequate seed selection process and the development of planting and irrigation schedules.

Irrigation lead
Positions - 01
  • a. Graduate [B. Sc (Agriculture engineering/ civil engineering) or equivalent] or higher – having 5 to 10 years of relevant experience along with sound knowledge of irrigation equipment, pipes and drawings of irrigation channels. Diploma holder with experience of 12 years can also apply.
  • b. Responsible for planning of irrigation channels, drainage and relevant activities.
  • c. Ensure maintenance of canal, irrigation equipment, pipes, etc.
  • c. Supervisors and mechanics for this activity are also required.

Commercial Farm Executive
Positions - 01
  • a. Graduate (Commerce or Business Management Graduate or equivalent) or higher – having 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial operations at farms.
  • b. Responsible for arranging, tracking and maintaining all inward and outward movement of raw material, crop inputs, stores and consumable items.
  • c. Ensure coordination with vendors for achieving cost efficiency, minimum delivery time & fulfilling quality issues. Should have exceptional coordination skills.

Positions - 01
  • a. Post Graduate (in any domain) Masters in Business Administration preferred – having more than 5years of work experience and preferably 2 years in similar role with a Chairman or CEO.
  • b. Provide high-quality administrative and managerial assistance to the CEO to perform his functions more effectively in support with Operations team.
  • c. Expertise in coordination of functions, multitasking with hands on experience of designing and implementing effective MIS reports.
